Your photograph
Our privacy commitment
Sending a photograph of your form asks for trust. Here is exactly how we protect it, in plain language.
It never touches this website
When you upload your image, it is sent over an encrypted connection straight to private storage in the EU, outside this website. Nothing is stored here.
Only the artist sees it
Your photograph is given a randomised name and can be opened only by the artist, through a secure, authenticated system. No one else has access.
It is never shown, shared or sold
Your reference photograph is used for one thing only: to create your artwork. It never appears in our gallery, our marketing, or anywhere else.
It is deleted
Once your piece is complete, your photograph is deleted automatically, on a short retention schedule of about 30 days. You can also ask us to delete it sooner.
Your face is never needed
We recommend cropping your face out of the frame. Your form is all the artist works from, and cropping keeps you completely anonymous.
Only the finished art, only with your yes
If we would ever like to show a photograph of your finished piece in our gallery, we ask you separately, after delivery, and only your finished artwork could be shown, never your reference photograph.
Adults only
Our service is for adults. At checkout you confirm that you, and everyone shown in your photograph, are 18 or older, and that you have the right and consent to use the image.
